Interra presented a recent development by InSmartSeeds. It integrates a complex of systems to manage the logistics of the crop movement from the harvest location to storage and processing locations. One of the key elements of InSmartSeeds platform is the unparalleled "friend-or-foe" system to confirm unloading from the harvester to the vehicle or from the harvester to the transfer hopper and further to the vehicle. This platform is included in another Interra solution called Agroplan as a logistics module.
The RFID tags detecting system based on Easy Logic is uploaded to Galileosky tracking devices installed on the vehicles. The script safety is ensured with the intelligent selection of an RFID tag that is guaranteed to be under the auger in the unloading zone. The unloading is confirmed by the fact that the auger is running and with the change in weight when using a conveyer hopper with a weight controller. Data on discharges is transmitted with trackers installed on harvesters and unloading hoppers.
One of harvest unloading parties initiates a mobile app request to receive the harvest into a vehicle or a hopper or unload it from a harvester or a hopper. At the same time, they indicate from whom the crop is going to be received or unloaded. The second exchange participant receives a message in the mobile app, so the unloading should be confirmed or declined. The solution is based on Android. The harvester operator and the hopper operator have screens in their cabins. The Internet is not needed to work on the platform, since the Galileosky tracker and a special radio module ensure communication.
The entire exchange process takes place wirelessly and provides all possible scenarios for unloading and transporting the crop. Transfer hoppers operation is supported. In addition, unloading from several harvesters into one transport unit is supported, too. For hoppers with weighing equipment, the support of weight data transfer to InSmartSeeds and Wialon platforms is possible. In addition, Interra specialists have already finalized the solution together with the Italian company. Sensors, that record the indicators of protein content in the grain, as well as other nutritional elements, were installed in the hopper. The pilot version is being tested at the moment.
