Fuel and electricity consumption control
The customer – is a major operator of the housing and utility services market. The enterprise has more than 200 vehicles (cars and trucks) in its fleet. The company's management monitored fuel consumption with established standards and waybills. The system was not clear and did not allow to reveal facts of norms overestimation and fuel drains by drivers.
The project is based on Galileosky Base Block trackers. The system includes fuel level sensors, working hours sensors and sensors on power take-offs.A wide variety of machines operate in the client's park: buses, aerial platforms, truck cranes, flatbed trucks, cargo-passenger vans, sludge pumps, diagnostic laboratories, vacuum and sewer washing machines, tank-vehicles, tractors, loaders, excavators, dump trucks, etc. The equipment was eventually installed on 200 equipment units.
As part of the system development, integration with 1C software products was carried out thanks to Wialon server - a multifunctional GPS vehicle monitoring system.Additionally, a regulation was introduced for working with the accounting and control system for repair specialists and dispatchers.

The project fully paid off in 6 months. The cost of fuels and lubricants decreased by 15% compared to 2019, the same trend continued in 2020 and 2021.
Waybills are now closed basing on the real fuel and lubricants consumption and not according to the approximate calculations of the drivers. Integration with 1C allows to keep an eye on fuel costs in real time, so dispatchers immediately see deviations from the norm (underfilling of fuels and lubricants at gas stations or drains).
