The company "UNITRASS" is engaged in road construction work. On the premises, there is a fuel tank with a capacity of over 30,000 m³. More than 40 units of various equipment are refueled there: dump trucks, road construction machinery, tractors, and passenger cars running on diesel, etc. However, there has been no control over the amount of fuel dispensed from this tank.
Ensure control over fuel and prevent its theft
To address the client's needs, specialists have connected an Exzotron fuel dispenser with a Galileosky 7x tracker and wireless fuel level sensors to the tank. Using the Easy Logic algorithm, they have set up fuel dispensing control when reading the driver's card number.
Fuel dispensing now occurs as follows: the driver presents an RFID card to the reader on the dispenser, specifies the required amount of fuel on the information display, and initiates dispensing. The algorithm then receives a command for dispensing and checks the limits on the card. If all necessary conditions are met, fuel is dispensed. At the client's request, a 15-second delay was added before dispensing to allow the driver to reach the tank and monitor the process. A total of 50 RFID cards have been issued to the company.
Reports on fuel dispensing has been configured in Wialon software.
Furthermore, Galileosky 7x trackers have been installed on the road construction company's vehicles and connected to fuel level sensors to ensure control over fuel entering and consumed from the tanks.
The uniqueness of the system lies in the fact that the client has full control over fuel within their company:
The factor of fuel theft has been reduced to 0%, as fuel movement is now reflected in real-time. Without an authorized RFID card, the dispenser does not dispense fuel.
