The entire fleet of JSC "Svarochno-Montazhny Trust" consists of specialized equipment, as the company is involved in constructing main gas and oil pipelines, building oil pumping and compressor stations, equipping crane nodes, and other engineering communications. Previously, the company had no way to monitor its vehicles' operation due to poor network coverage.
Ensure control over specialized equipment, including the number and volume of refueling operations while working in areas without GSM coverage.
Due to poor network coverage, the client was offered Galileosky 7x Hub devices with internal memory. Wireless Escort TD-BLE fuel level sensors were installed in fuel tanks. Since vehicles do not return to base and may stay in areas without connectivity, it was proposed that fuel tankers serve as data collectors because they periodically approach equipment for refueling. The terminal collects information from the equipment and uploads messages once it enters a GSM-covered area.
Data from 53 vehicles are transmitted through fuel tankers; all devices are connected for data transmission. The project's success lies in allowing clients to see how fuel is consumed along with refueling quantities and hours worked by machines. Additionally, potential thefts are identified through internal investigations into fuel siphoning.
Previously generating reports based on ledgers took significantly more time compared to using this program for reconciliation.
The effectiveness of this case lies in maintaining efficiency despite lacking network coverage since data remains available within the program.
