The Integrator team has conducted a detailed analysis of the customer company's production process before the start of the project. Experts have identified a list of indicators required for a detailed analysis of the business process.

The integrator has developed the "Harvest Control Center" software package, which allowed to digitize the processes of harvesting, weighing, and accounting. The system was implemented in 20 days and tested during the same season.

As part of the project, the orchard area was divided into "smart sections" with information on the type of planting, number, and density of plants. Specialists were assigned to each section to conduct harvesting, loading and transportation. The system of the employees identification was implemented with the help of the cards. Galileosky 7x tracking devices were installed on the equipment used for harvesting and transportation.

This data collection method made it possible to "link" the parameters of each stage of the production process into a single system.

For example, the process of weighing the harvest looks as follows: an employee passes the stage of identification, weighs apples, the system sends the data about the weight to the server and forms a QR-code with the information about the parameters of the harvest. Simultaneously with weighing a label with the QR code is printed automatically. Then the label is put on the container with apples. It is possible to know the parameters of the harvest in the container after scanning the QR-code: weight, sort, picking area, year of planting etc. The solution is integrated with 1C. It allows to manage the process of accounting apples fully, add and correct data, as well as generate the reports.

Integrator experts have also developed a mobile application to account for loading trucks before transporting crops to storage and processing locations. The team has imported historical yield data from the previous periods and developed an analytics system. Now all information about the customer's production process is presented in a single dashboard: it is easy to view and analyze.


Integrator "Harvest Control Center" system makes the process of harvesting and transportation transparent. The project made it possible to aggregate parameters on the quantity of harvested apples in the context of varieties, harvesting areas, containers for transportation. Data analysis revealed bottlenecks in the production process and allowed the customer company to increase profit by 20%.
