The main distinctive feature of Galileosky 7x Wi-Fi Hub vehicle tracking device is the support of data transmission via Wi-Fi channel and access, designed to collect and send monitoring data from other Galileosky Wi-Fi units to the server in areas with weak GSM signal or no coverage at all. The device is perfect for areas remote from urban infrastructure. 

Available in built-in or external GPS and GSM antennas. 

Collection and data transmission via Wi-Fi

A tracking device with Wi-Fi module is designed to control equipment at remote sites. Galileosky 7x Wi-Fi Hub collects stored data from all devices via Wi-Fi automatically. Upon returning to the base or in the GSM coverage area, it sends data to the monitoring server automatically.

You can make the device switch between data collection and sending through polygonal geofences, GSM or Wi-Fi signal level, by time or in any other way.

Hub-to-Hub function support

The Hub-to-hub solution is especially relevant for companies whose monitoring objects are located far beyond GSM coverage. Oil and gas, mining, logging, geological exploration and other industries are highly interested in reliable assets monitoring.

Galileosky 7x Wi-Fi Hub can collect data from other devices and transfer it to the monitoring server as well as to another Hub. At the same time, such a data transmission chain is limitless. It allows to create an extensive data collection network.

High-end 7x features

Galileosky 7x Wi-Fi Hub allows to process data from two CAN buses simultaneously. Moreover, it can transmit parameters from sensors and devices not only by RS 485, RS 232, 1-Wire protocols support, but also via Bluetooth 5.0 interface.

Thanks to Easy Logic technology, you can implement your own scenarios and configure the device to perform in the field of vehicle monitoring as well as in fixed assets control. For example, you can set up notifications when a vehicle is flipped or automate generators’ work operation.

Due to the built-in CAN Scanner tool and the ability to transfer CAN bus parameters to the server, you can conduct in-depth performance analysis of the equipment, monitor parameters and even control vehicle nodes remotely.

Delivery set

The Galileosky 7x Wi-Fi Hub standard kit includes:

  • Set of wires;
  • SIM holder;
  • Documents for the unit;
  • Fuse with the holder.

Additionally, the standard kit may include GLONASS/GPS and GSM antennas, depending on the Galileosky 7x Wi-Fi Hub modification.

To begin, you will need a USB-cable, one or two SIM-cards, which are not included in the package.
