How to provide access to the trackers to the Galileosky support team

In some cases, you may need an assistance from the support team to check devices settings, run diagnostics or help you with some tests for your projects.

There are two ways to provide the access to engineers: by sending the support request from your remote configuration account (for a limited time) or share the specific devices with your support engineer directly (for a long time).
