Galileosky developers have made synchronization of files that are stored on the SD card with the server. Now integrators can remotely download or update files for the tracking device.
The new feature is available for the latest product range – Galileosky 7 trackers, which have been released after 10th of October 2017.
Remote downloading is especially appropriate for those, who use auto informer function. If say the route or an ad for the passenger transport have changed, one doesn’t need to take the SD card out of the tracker, download the actual information from the laptop or computer and install it back.
It is enough to save the necessary file structure to Box or any other cloud storage and send the command to the Galileosky tracking device to synchronize the contents of the card and the storage.
In addition to updating the files for the auto informer, you can remotely upload to the tracker, for example, trusted keys with preset limits or audio messages, audible warning signals, and more.
At the same time, new development allows you to download data from the GPS tracking device to the server.
By supporting the WebDAV extension protocol, integrators can use their own server or select any ready-made cloud storage service that supports the specified interface.
