Galileosky client support starts working in a single window mode

To increase the convenience and quality of service, a unique identifier will be assigned to each request. There are three options of sending a request: to write an email, fill out a special form on the website or use the online chat.

"We are constantly working to improve the effectiveness of cooperation with partners. The new system will help reduce the time required for resolving issues", – explains Ignacio Viveros, Galileosky Regional Development Manager
