Galileosky Base Block Optimum is a GPS / GLONASS tracking device, which has broad functionality and the high-performance computing power to solve almost any task in the sphere of monitoring of all types of commercial, passenger and freight vehicles, agricultural and other special equipment.
Besides the obvious location monitoring, you can connect multiple types of additional equipment via RS232, RS485, and 1-wire protocols. The option of the direct connection to the CAN-bus of the vehicle ensures reading the data from the CAN bus and from the additional devices. Two-way voice communication with the driver and connection of up to three external cameras is also available.
In addition to a wide range of inbuilt features of the device itself, Base Block Optimum supports the Easy Logic self-programming technology. The innovative technology, developed and introduced by Galileosky, allows further expansion of the product's functionality. Thus, it helps companies to solve tasks of any complexity not only in the field of transport monitoring, but also in the remote management of stationary objects.
With Easy Logic, you can set your own operation algorithms for different devices, even if you do not have any developer or programming background and advanced skills. For example, you can set up an automated control of technological processes or configure sending an alert in case of equipment breakdown or the exceeding/flaw of the specified parameters.
When connecting the GPS / GLONASS tracker to the CAN bus of the vehicle, you will get the data from the vehicle's electronic control units and standard sensors. There would be such data as total mileage, engine speed, moto meter, coolant temperature, etc. In a special Galileosky program for configuring the devices which is called "Configurator", you can select up to 60 identifiers.
What’s more, when connecting additional sensors, you can get information about opening doors status and tire pressure. Integration with refrigerator equipment ensures the full control of the temperature and humidity level of the transported goods.
Full support of RS232, RS485 and 1-wire protocols opens up wide opportunities for controlling the drivers’ discipline. Driver identification using RFID tags and iButton keys, control of the work and rest timetable with integrated tachographs, monitoring fuel consumption and avoiding unauthorized fuel draining – all these tasks you can easily complete when installing the Base Block Optimum tracking product. In addition to this, the installation of weight sensors will prevent overloading of equipment or theft of goods. It will also ensure receiving customized reports indicating the location, time and weight of the loading. Another tangible benefit of Base Block Optimum is the support of two-way voice communication between the drivers and a dispatcher and availability of autoinformer functionality.
Similar to the entire Galileosky product line, Base Block Optimum GPS/GLONASS tracking device is equipped with high-quality electronics. Therefore, it is one of the most reliable monitoring devices in the market with a service life of more than 10 years. As for the additional advantages of the device, it is possible to highlight a high resistance to voltage surges and the ability to stay functional for a long period even after applying a voltage of up to 200 V. Likewise, the device has an inbuilt rechargeable battery that supports up to 8 hours of autonomous work.
Galileosky Base Block Optimum has an internal non-volatile flash memory with a capacity of 16 MB. It has a slot for an SD memory card with up to 32 GB capacity. Such memory capacity ensures the data integrity and safety even in cases when the GSM network is lost.
For successful work with the device, you will also need a USB cable, a SIM card, an SD card, a power supply 9V-39V (15W), which are not included in the package.
