Galileosky Configurator: July updates

In July in order to enhance the capabilities of Galileosky tracking devices, developers paid attention to the firmware upgrades.

In July in order to enhance the capabilities of Galileosky tracking devices, developers paid attention to the firmware upgrades. Last month:

  • 231.14 and 229.17 stable firmwares for Galileosky GLONASS/GPS were added;
  • 15.6 beta firmware for Galileosky Base Block was added;
  • 2.0 beta firmware for Galileosky 7 was added.

Thanks to the firmware upgrades new “Configurator” version 4.14.3 acquired some new features. As for Galileosky Base Block devices, in 15.6 beta firmware the following changes are made:

  • DataCOLD600 and Carrier Gateway support appeared;
  • Request RPM data from DataCOLD500 is avalaible. Archive structure has been changed, all saved data will be lost;
  • Mileage data is accessible from Easy Logic now;
  • Wrong transmission of PressurePro data, fridge data and photos are fixed;
  • SD card clearing from old photos is fixed and external power detection is corrected.

For Galileosky 7 wrong measurements on IN4 and IN5 are fixed. In 2.0 beta firmware, we added setup commands for SIM1, corrected the error during switching on GSM module and improved frequency measurement accuracy.

In new firmware the following features for Galileosky 7 appeared:

  • IN 4 and IN5 setting as ignition sensors;
  • Signaling mode;
  • Sending and receiving CAN messages from Easy Logic;
  • Ability to store trusted keys on SD card;
  • Remote config is enabled by default;
  • Maximum speed filtration.

In stable firmwares 231.14 and 229.17 error, connected with CAN data reset to zero while operating in OBDII mode, is fixed.
